Returns and Refund Policy

At My Vita Charms, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the personalised nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at hello@myvitacharms.com, including photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Refunds and Replacements
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
